How identity evidence is handled
TechAllien uses Didit to check government ID documents, liveness and the live face against the document photo.
Information collected
After your express consent, Didit processes your government ID and biometric face/liveness evidence. TechAllien collects private copies of permitted ID and live-selfie images, your account name and email, Didit verification result and session reference, your stated current address, precise browser-provided coordinates and accuracy, IP address, browser and device type, language, time zone, screen size, and relevant dates. Your stated address and GPS location do not by themselves verify residence.
Purpose
The information is used to validate document authenticity and biometric liveness, match the live face to the identity document, prevent misuse, keep an audit record for future disputes or account problems, and communicate the result.
Storage and access
Didit handles ID and facial images under its privacy and retention policies. TechAllien also downloads permitted ID and live-selfie images into a private server bucket. These files, the session reference, decision, stated address and location/device details are available only through the protected administrator dashboard. Transfers use HTTPS and storage is not publicly exposed. Raw ID images and selfies are never attached to email. The administrator result email may contain the customer identity, stated address, coordinates and device/network summary with a dashboard link.
Retention and deletion
TechAllien retains its verification record and private evidence images until an administrator permanently deletes them or applies a shorter retention period. The dashboard's delete control removes TechAllien's record and stored images; it does not delete Didit's separate records. Contact TechAllien to request deletion or correction; requests to remove Didit-held data are handled according to Didit's policies and applicable obligations.
Your choices
Camera and precise-location access are requested by your browser and are not collected unless you grant permission and start the verification. If you do not consent, do not begin the verification. Contact TechAllien to ask whether another review method is available.
